This Privacy Policy explains how SyncMenus, operated by Fork360, a 405Media company, collects and uses information when you visit our site, use our menu tools, create an account, join a waitlist, or contact us.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including name, email, phone number, restaurant name, restaurant address, menu URLs, selected source and destination platforms, notes, support messages, and files or menu data you submit for extraction, migration, review, or sync support.

We may also collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, request logs, error logs, and timestamps to operate, secure, debug, and improve SyncMenus.

How we use information

We use information to provide menu extraction, migration, account access, waitlist follow-up, support, issue diagnosis, fraud prevention, security, billing, product improvement, and customer communication. If you join a waitlist or ask for follow-up, we may contact you about SyncMenus services related to that request.

Menu data

Menu URLs and extracted menu data may include restaurant names, categories, items, descriptions, prices, images, modifiers, hours, addresses, and other public or submitted restaurant information. We use that data to generate previews, exports, migration files, support diagnostics, and sync preparation.

Payments

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on SyncMenus servers. Payment providers may process billing details under their own privacy and security terms.

Service providers

We may use service providers for hosting, serverless functions, storage, authentication, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, spreadsheets or databases, error monitoring, and customer support. These providers may process information only as needed to help operate SyncMenus.

We may also share information when necessary to protect SyncMenus, users, restaurants, or third parties.
