Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SyncMenus, including our menu extraction, migration, sync waitlist, reporting, and related support tools. SyncMenus is operated by Fork360, a 405Media company.

Use of SyncMenus

You may use SyncMenus to extract, review, transform, migrate, or request sync support for restaurant menu information that you own, manage, have permission to use, or that is publicly available for legitimate business review. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit URLs, files, menu data, restaurant information, and contact details to SyncMenus.

Public menu data and third-party platforms

SyncMenus may identify or reference third-party platforms so users can understand compatibility, extraction status, migration paths, and sync availability. SyncMenus is not endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or affiliated with those third-party platforms unless we expressly say so in writing.

Accounts and contact forms

If you create an account, submit a support request, report an extraction issue, join a waitlist, or request migration help, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep account credentials secure. You may not use SyncMenus to interfere with another site, bypass access controls, scrape private dashboards, or upload content you are not allowed to use.

Payments, guarantee, and refunds

Paid extraction or migration services are one-time purchases unless a page states otherwise. If extraction, migration, or sync support does not work for your menu, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If we cannot make it work for the menu and use case you purchased, we will refund that payment. Refunds may be denied for misuse, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or requests unrelated to the purchased menu task.

No promise of platform access

Some platforms require private account access, API credentials, merchant approval, manual export files, or platform-specific permissions. SyncMenus cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will allow direct import, direct export, API access, or automated sync.

Output review

Menu extraction and migration output should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for checking names, prices, taxes, modifiers, availability, allergens, images, formatting, and destination-platform requirements before publishing or importing menu data.

Acceptable use

You may not use SyncMenus for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, credential harvesting, spam, deceptive business listings, infringement, malware, excessive automated requests, or attempts to disrupt SyncMenus or third-party services.

Intellectual property

SyncMenus, Fork360, 405Media, our site design, software, branding, and original materials belong to us or our licensors. Restaurant menu content, third-party platform names, third-party logos, and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers

SyncMenus is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the tools accurate and available, but websites, ordering systems, APIs, and menu formats change often. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SyncMenus, Fork360, 405Media, and their owners, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of SyncMenus.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product changes. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
